"23/05/2021: Recently came to have a meal and was very pleased with the welcome from the host along with helping with track and trace and being covid secure, loveliest staff members taking our orders and they were more than helpful in accommodating me with my nut allergy and double checking the food contents. Very much appreciate not being made to feel like a burden with my allergens, would highly recommend to visit and enjoy good food and surroundings. 17/05/2021: The staff were great, following COVID guidelines only down side was the outside area has not been touched during the lockdown there are cigarette bins broken off the wall and the seating is old and haggard it needs some investment"
"If you’re after an extravagant bottomless brunch in Sheffield, then look no further. Browns is the place to go for any special event, or if you want to truly treat yourself. As part of the festive bottomless brunch special, you’ll receive a complimentary “Flat White” Martini, as well as having the choice of unlimited prosecco, bellinis, or Bloody Marys."
"As a student, Browns would probably be the last place you’d think of for brunch. But you might be surprised to hear that it’s not actually too painful on the bank balance. I like to go and pretend I’m there for the fancy expensive food, but in reality, I just want two eggs and an apple juice…"

"Black Rocks is located between Cromford and Wirksworth and is easily accessible from the High Peak Trail. The rocks provide panoramic views across the Derwent valley towards Matlock Bath and Riber castle."
"If you need a venue that will allow kids of all ages to let off some steam while doing something completely out of the ordinary, Chill Factore is ideal. The indoor ski slope can be used for skiing, snowboarding, doughnut sledging, and more. It is truly one of the best sports-based activities in Manchester and the north-west."
"Interesting features include some memorable stained glass windows - one depicting the Parable of the Widow’s Mite and one window commemorating the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria. A 17th century organ case - the present one was rebuilt in 1885; carved choir stalls - one with a carved pelican representing the sacrifice of Christ on the cross, and a finely painted column in the centre of the South Chapel in memory of those from the parish who lost their lives in the First World War. Reverend Patrick Duckworth will be pleased to talk to school parties – with the enclosed garden area providing a perfect spot for children to eat their packed lunch."
"This 13th-century church about a mile north of Macclesfield is the fourth church on this site. But what’s unusual is that the third church is still here, out among Medieval yew trees. There’s a Norman Romanesque chapel in the churchyard, dating to the 12th century, with semi-circular door and window arches and weathered but visible tympanum relief and lozenge patterns in the archivolts."
