Another year-round pancake favourite, Home Sweet Home might be down to just one Manchester site now after closing their Great Northern Warehouse branch at the end of last year but their pancakes are still as banging as ever. Find them in the Northern Quarter to indulge in plates like these, topped with salted caramel, biscoff sauce, cream, strawberries and cinnamon crunch."

"This place really does feel like home, or rather an American Grandma’s home. It’s Grandma in the USA, in Manchester. Floral wallpaper, little framed pictures dotted on the wall, the smell of fresh baking; you feel welcome as soon as you step through the door."
