"This adorable Green Flag garden is the vestige of an estate founded in South Warrington in the 1830s. The house was occupied by three generations of the Parr family, but was demolished in 1970 after years of neglect. It is thought that wallabies (released from a zoo) roam the area, but we didn’t manage to spot any, so it may be a legend."
