25 delicious little places in Liverpool you should know about
"This Indian eatery first opened in Leeds but has now expanded to become a chain of three, including one branch located in Manchester’s Piccadilly. Hidden down a set of stairs in a basement off an unassuming city centre street, this place might be hard to find, but it’s worth searching for. Most dishes are vegan, including the newly launched for 2020 vada pav burger, which consists of a deep-fried mashed potato ball, red and green chutneys and deep-fried (spicy) green chilli, all in a vegan-friendly bun."
"One for the vegans here, Bundobust is the perfect example of proving that you don't need meat to pack a punch. With a proper fast-food feel, despite being able to eat in at their Piccadilly location, each time those lovely little pots are plonked in front of you is just as exciting at the last. The tarka dhal is to die for, their food has a real grab-and-go feel to it and it's very reasonably priced considering the amount of flavour you get out of each dish."
"Indian street-food specialists Bundobust have ventured across The Pennines to open this spacious Piccadilly branch. Inside, seating is canteen-style with the enticing menu of snacks and sharing plates being equally informal, and entirely vegetarian too."

Considered by many as the home of The Beatles, the club offers guided “magical mystery tours” of the city in a custom tour bus, as well as regular shows from resident tribute act “The Cavern Club Beatles”. Budding musicians can even sign up for lessons at the Cavern Rock School, with the chance to take part in a yearly showcase on the famous stage of the Cavern Club itself."
"We can’t really make a list of the best pubs in Liverpool without featuring one of the most famous clubs in the world, can we?. In 1957 the Cavern Club opened its doors on Mathew Street, and it didn’t take long until rock ‘n’ roll took over!. From the Beatles to Oasis to Stevie Wonder, musical legends have won crowds over at this funky little venue."
"This place makes “comfort food” (as they put it) about as classy as you could want it, and trust us, when that burge and chips comes on your plate it’ll look more Heston Blumenthal than Weatherspoons, because they put some serious effort into making their “comfort food” the very best it can be.
